Критерий для сравнения и выбора инвестиционных проектов, определяемый как отношение приведенной стоимости прогнозного денежного потока за срок эксплуатации проекта к первоначальным инвестиционным затратам. Рассчитывается по следующей формуле: где NCFi — чистый денежный поток для i-го периода, Inv- начальные инвестиции, r — ставка дисконтирования (стоимость капитала, привлеченного для инвестиционного проекта). То есть это частное от деления дисконтированной стоимости денежных поступлений на объем начальных инвестиций.. При значениях PI > 1 считается, что данное вложение капитала является эффективным. Иными словами, по этому критерию следует принимать те проекты, у которых индекс прибыльности больше единицы. То же: Индекс рентабельности
